Team Challenge

Team Challenge generally
begins with a series of group initiatives which take place on the ground, and
are designed to develop teamwork skills such as cooperation, communication,
concentration, and trust. These initiatives prepare the group for more
challenging elements above the ground involving cables, logs, platforms and
low ropes. This process gradually builds individual and group confidence,
culminating in an increased sense of respect, trust, and unity; a team.
MAJOR
OBJECTIVES FOR CHALLENGE CLASSES ARE:
1. To increase
self-confidence and self-esteem
2. To develop an awareness of the physical self
3. To increase mutual support within a group
4. To heighten awareness of the natural environment
5. To have an enjoyable, positive experience with others
All Challenge classes
