Dining

The dining hall at Sierra Outdoor School can serve up to 280 people at a time during our educational programs. Meals are served family style, with 10 people per table, during these progrms. We serve kid-friendly meals and plenty of food to keep everyone fueled up for classes in the forest. There is a fresh salad bar and coffee or tea available for the adults. Anyone can help themselves to fresh fruit that is available all day long.

For summer programs and special events, we can serve 240 people seated at round tables and over 300 seated at long tables with benches. During these programs, each participant serves their own plate from a serving line. Visiting groups can choose from a variety of menus to find what works best for their participants.

Our kitchen staff is great at accommodating special dietary needs with advance notice.

Please contact our Food Service Supervisor with questions or to arrange a special event.
